MY DESIGN 360 allows its client to get more than one Service at a time from us. We offer different Services including logo design, website design, and mobile app design, development, online marketing and printing service. Hence, you will be quoted according to your requirements. In case of any change in the requirements after the order, MY DESIGN 360 will charge additional for additional requirements. MY DESIGN 360 also holds the power to modify or terminate the order for reasons mentioned here or not mentioned here. The probable reasons for modifying or terminating the order may be non-payment, non-communication or collaboration.
Client agrees to pay the partial or full amount of the order upfront. The client also agrees to pay the due amount on the deadline before the final submission of the order. For making the payment, the client agrees to pay in accordance with the terms elaborated above. Moreover, the client agrees that the amount quoted does not include sales tax and therefore you will be charged 6% additional on the quoted amount at the time of checkout. Client agrees to pay the amount of the order via the acceptable payment modes including Bank Transfer, CashApp, and PayPal.
If you want to cancel the order, you have to send the request via email within 12 hours after the order placed. Any cancellation request made after 12 hours of placing the order will not be entertained. After receiving a cancellation request, we process your request. After deducting 10% to 15% cancellation charges, the rest of the amount is reimbursed into your account in 3 to 4 business days.
If you are not happy with the order or the service, you can request for refund. To make a refund request, you must make a request via email along with clear and concise reasons for the refund. Refund requests are acceptable and entertained only if your orders are not delivered on the time or you did not receive the order as per your specification. After receiving the order refund request, we will reach you out to provide the evidence to prove that your request is valid. Refund requests are valid only if the request is made within 7 days after the delivery of the order.
We keep your personal and contact information private and secure. We also use your information only for delivering you adequate orders. We use your contact information to be in touch with you and send you an offer newsletters.
